Let us help you plan your NDIS journey. We can help step you through the process and come up with a plan that suits your needs.
The NDIS scheme offers a checklist to determine your eligibility for its funding. If you’re not eligible for NDIS, you can still access the range of services we provide.
Eligibility: Once qualified your Access Request Form has been processed, you become a registered participant of the NDIS.
Meet with a Planner: Collaborate with a professional to tailor your NDIS plan, which could be an ECEI Coordinator, LAC, or an NDIA planner.
Make a Plan: Create a detailed plan that captures your ambitions, the challenges posed by your disability, and the specific ways NDIS funding can support you.
Look for a Provider: Seek out an NDIS registered provider like Home Care Relief who can meet and understand your requirements for a lasting partnership.
Upgrade/Maintenance of Plan: Consider periodic updates to your plan to ensure it remains responsive to your changing needs.
NDIS Plan Management involves choosing how to handle your NDIS plan and its funds according to NDIS guidelines, ensuring every transaction is recorded. Different management types include:
Agency Managed: Handled by the NDIA with direct payments to providers, limited to NDIS-registered services.
Self Managed: You manage everything, giving you flexibility and control over services, including paperwork and finances.
Plan Managed: A third-party plan manager takes care of payments and tracking, with their fees potentially covered by the NDIS.
